mathleague.org contest registration form
Please submit your registration for the March 14 junior high math contest below. Group students so that the first four are one team, the second four are another team, etc. Any four students from the same school may form a team, regardless of grade level. If you are bringing more than 16 students, please make additional submissions as necessary - bearing in mind that each group of 16 requires a separate adult sponsor who will accompany the students. Deadline for entry is March 10, 2009, unless approval is granted by mathleague.org. Entry fee is $10 per student.
